Hello Everyone! I'm looking to invest in rental properties very soon. Been doing lots of research and it's time to jump in and start doing :) I'm looking for great partners to find properties as well as finance them. I'm planning to invest via two different avenues. First, through my IRA for the purposes of creating a large portfolio that will provide passive income once I pass that magic age of 59.5. Second, I'm looking to invest more traditionally in order to create a large portfolio that generates enough passive income that it will bridge the gap between an early retirement and the IRA retirement age of 59.5.
