Jason Parnell

Born and raised in South Carolina; Army since 2001; USC Alumni 2008; USA Alumni 2016 Currently reside in central Texas Experience: Bought my first single family 2/1 home in 2012 in Abbeville, SC and also bought a multifamily duplex in Central Texas 2 x 3/2 in 2012. It makes me proud to say that I was able to save and pay nearly all cash for homes at the age of 28. I lived in one unit for a year until moving away to graduate school to begin grad school in Austin, TX. It would be nice to meet like minded people who can share ideas for REI/passive incomes as well as investment ideas outside of real estate(I have enjoy stock trading as much as real estate). Real Estate Goals: I expect 2023 to bring interest for new real estate purchases. Currently Seeking: Hopeful to find 1–2 mobile homes or even tiny home to place at vacant mobile home lots.
