I am investing in real estate to achieve my goal of financial independence so I have the flexibility of time and income to spend my time and income with my family. After around a year and a half of listening to podcasts, reading books and watching from the sidelines I decided it was time to start doing real estate investor things. A funny thing happened, I quickly became an investor! I have completed a small wholesale deal, have a flip underway and I am about to close on the purchase my first land flip!
