I'm a financial architect (management consulting) at a Big 4. I build financial models primarily for corporate transactions, but also for real estate facilities management. I own a short term rental property company but also I'm looking to break out and go full-time into CRE Multifamily. Experience: I own two single family properties - one in San Francisco and one in the East Bay. I was a commercial real estate broker in another life.
