Hi, thanks for dropping in! I am a full service realtor, here in the San Antonio area. I do work outside of the city, so don't let the location deter you. I work predominantly with first time home buyers and military members. I have roughly 19 years of military service, as of this 2021, and have been in San Antonio for 12. I consider myself investor friendly and work diligently to secure the outcomes my clients are looking for. But wait, there's more! I am also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator for the state of Colorado. At Awesome Lending, we do nearly everything. From purchases, refis, construction, land acquisition and rehabs. I have a great team that consistently get things done, on-time and, with a focus on customer experience. My experience in investing, is growing. I bought and ultimately rented a Single Family home, in New Mexico in the early 2000s. When I sold in, in 2008, we cleared 10K. That was the beginning of my addiction. I allowed competing demands on my life to get in the way and am now trying to re-start the journey. My ultimate goal in real estate is to own 5-10 properties, free and clear and generate 10K a month in income. My plan calls for a number of fix and flips, BRRRRs, and real estate sales to get there. I have given myself 5-10 years to get this done.
