My family and I started our Real Estate ventures in 2016. Since then we have bought & Sold 10 Single Family Homes, Have 1 Buy/Hold, Rehabbed 5 flips for other investors like us, and completed numerous remodels for homeowners. Our team consists of my wife, who has been a licensed Texas real estate agent for the past 3 years. She is responsible for buying/selling properties, as well as contractor and design aspects of each project. My 17yo son helps with materials as well as wholesaling. My 15yo daughter who helps with photos and media. Myself a former residential appraiser, help with valuations as well as admin. And of course, we have a GREAT contracting team that focuses on quality workmanship, on time completion, and meeting estimated budgets.
