About myself
I have successfully completed a handful of flips but focus on buy and hold rentals. RE is my retirement plan along with IRA and 401k. Our plan at this time is to acquire 3 more rentals then snowball the rentals to own all free and clear which will allow us to comfortably retire in our 40s if we choose. Retirement accounts will be the whip cream.
