I'm a senior executive within the department of defense that is seeking financial freedom through measured and principled buy and hold investing. My partner (Ashte Collins) and I are new to real estate investing as a team, as of 2016, and we are primarily interested in buy-and-hold properties throughout the state of Maryland. Experience: I've turned one of my previous residences into a cash flowing SFR. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to apply measured and principled buy and hold investing strategies that allow my partner and I to build a secure future for our retirements and begin a cycle of generational wealth for our families.
