About myself
Simple guy who likes to keep things simple. I have a lot of friends who dable in all kinds of investments with high risk. I prefer buying and holding real estate residential single family homes. I call these properties forced savings plans. At first I was called crazy hanging on to huge debts. Now some call me lucky.........gee I wonder why :-)
