About myself
I live in Ofallon MO (st. Louis) and I love spending time with my family, fishing, and golfing. I'm a rep for a large flooring manufacturer. I'm very interested in real estate and looking to expand my portfolio. Experience: I currently have 2 single family investments and partially own a commercial property. Real Estate Goals: Would like to expand my portfolio at a steady pace to 10 more single family and 1 commercial property over the next 5 years. Currently Seeking: Knowledge from A to Z on all things real estate. Knowledge is power and the more I gain, the more I get out of my comfort zone and act on my goals. I'm looking for advice on marketing Land I own to developers.
