I got started in real estate in 2004 with a small company in Phoenix. I did that for a few years and moved to Denver to work with a short sale company. Moved back to Phoenix a year later and learned how to do loan modifications. I left the real estate business like many others in 2008. In 2014 I noticed that the Phoenix market was getting hot again and started looking for smarter ways to invest. Now days my focus is fixed on Lease Options and Wholesaling residential homes.
