Janeen Bertolina

I've lived in the Kalamazoo Michigan area since 1998, raised 4 children, and keep busy with church and real estate. I'm a licensed realtor, and also manage my own properties elsewhere, from afar. Currently we own a 4plex and 2 condos in Provo Utah, and a duplex and condo in Ann Arbor. Both are great college towns (BYU and UofM, respectively), with lots of responsible tenants available. My husband Jim has been brushing up on his rehab skills (not the drug kind, haha), so we hope to be flipping houses in retirement. What others call "work", we call FUN! :)
