I am a real estate investor and real estate business coach who is relocating to San Diego. I have over 15 years real estate exerience and have owned and operated a home inspection and termite inspection business. I've also been an executive with the largest MLS in Northern California. Experience: Have purchased SFPs in San Jose. Also purchased a couple of multi-family apartments in Indiana. I have been a Productivity Coach for Keller Williams and am an investor business coach with FortuneBuilders. Real Estate Goals: I would like to be purchasing 2 to 4 properties per month within 12 to 16 months. Additionally, I would like to leverage these to purchase small multi-family properties (10 to 20 units). Then reassess my goals. Currently Seeking: Seeking to build my team in the San Diego area. Investor friendly: agents, contractors, title companies, lawyer, hard money lender, transactional funders.
