I am with SoCal Energy Group, LLC we focus on customer service and satisfaction first above all else! Our mission is to establish long term quality relationships with those we serve. First with solar energy, and then a full a range of energy saving solutions. For me the decision to join SoCal Energy Group, LLC came only after meeting with a number of solar companies determining which ones are truly focused on true customer service and long term relations. The fact is, most solar companies are about high pressure sales, “kitchen closers” and getting the deal, no matter what is in the best interest of the home owner. The fact is most homeowners can absolutely benefit by having solar, however, the type of payment program and the quality of materials and installation is critical. Those considerations make all the difference in the world. Literally the difference from a system Thad makes sense and benefits the home owner and those that simply take advantage of the home owner. My focus is helping property owners, both residential and commercial, maximize their net profits through the use of solar energy and clean and efficient energy saving structures and landscaping. Over the last few years I have worked with Disaster Victims as a Construction Analyst with the Small Business Administration Disaster Assistance program. I was at ground zero in Mexico Beach and Panama City after Hurricane Michael devastated the Florida pan handle. I also worked with disaster victims ranging from Hurricane Harvey’s devastation in Texas, to Puerto Rico and the victims of the Paradise Fire in 2018. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Washington State and Indiana. A licensed claims examiner in Texas, and worked for At&t, USWest, Qwest communications and most recently with CenturyLink as a Fiber Optics Engineer. During that period alone I helped hundred of building contractors (residential MDU and commercial) bring high speed Internet to their properties. A native of California, I have lived and worked throughout California over the years and am happy to be back home and focused on the needs of California property owners, landlords, tenants and investors.
