Looking to network to build a real estate portfolio. I currently own an government IT firm in the nations capital. I would like to expand my horizons and become multi faceted in terms of income generation. Experience: Worked on 10+flips in the Chicago area Real Estate Goals: To own a cash flowing property within the next 3-4 months. I want to also wholesale properties for my short term capitals goals to purchase my first cash flow property.
