Rental Property Investor
My real estate investment journey started in 2012 with a primary residence turned out-of-state rental property. We followed that with value-add live-in flip and out-of-state BRRRR project. Upon my husband’s retirement from the Air Force, we decided to jump into real estate with both feet verses treating it as a side gig.
