Jean Nicolas

Hello Freedom Fighters! Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile. I'm an IT professional who lives/works in DC. I am a buy and hold investor with currently about 20 rental properties mostly in MD. Like most people here I was inspired to get into Real Estate Investing reading “Rich Dad Poor Dad” back in 1999. Since starting the journey to Financial Freedom, I've learnt many leassons in several market cycles (".bomb" of 2001 and R/E crash 2007). Excited about the future market opportunities and already finding off market deals. My intention here is to network with other like minded individuals and potential partner. Open to private money lenders and off market deals in the DMV (DC, MD, VA). Thank you, -Jean
