Jeannette Guidotti

Hello! My name is Jeannette Guidotti. My husband and I currently live in the Richmond, VA area but are planning to relocate for work soon to the DMV/Baltimore MD area. We have been listening and following BP for about a year now off and on listening to the podcasts and reading a few of the books. We are looking to land our first deal sometime this upcoming year or beginning of 2023. We are hoping to begin our real estate journey somewhere east or west of the DC area, possibly MD or DE or even VA if a deal arises. We are ideally interested in the house hacking strategy but are open to single family or multifamily investing. We would love to connect and build our network with local investors, property managers and real estate agents in the area to learn as much as possible over this next year. Looking forward to continuing to learn and build our network! We hope to work with you in the future!
