I've been an investor since 2002, but really gained momentum after 2020 as I made several purchases and retired from my "day job" (...um...and my other "day job"...um and my OTHER "day job"...I've been a pretty busy boy!). Though my primary focus is achieving FIRE through buy and hold multis, I am intensely curious about ALL THINGS REAL ESTATE. I'd love to get some experience wholesaling because (if nothing else) it'll give me the skills to find good deals. I'd love to do some flips because I love to CREATE and BUILD. I'm even interested in lending, tax liens, commercial...you name it. Real estate is a tremendous lever for personal growth and I love the continuous learning is engenders.
