Hi Everyone, So excited to get started on BP. We recently moved to Indiana from Texas for my husband’s job. This meant I needed to leave a career and community I loved, but I now think it may have been the kick in the pants I needed to start my real estate career. I have just put in a contract on my first rental duplex in South Bend, IN and if all goes well, I will officially be a landlord in in next 30 days. Now I really need to start networking in the area. Since I am not only new to real estate, but new to the area as well, I have NO idea where to start, except to post here and hopefully meet some folks. Cheers!!
