hello there, my name is Jean Tranquille I live in queens New York. I'm a newbie wholesaler. I've started my real estate interest about about a year ago. I read a book about finding motivation/how to stay focus, then the book refer me to " The millionaire Fastlane." When I first read the first ten pages, I though he was an a**hole. when I finished the book I realized he right. I had no plan living pay check to pay check, buying things I can't afford for a lifestyle I don't have. the book refer me to "rich dad poor dad" after I read that book I realized I had so much work to do on myself. now I'm a book nerd coming from someone who never liked reading. anywhere I go you'll always see a book with me or a notebook for ideas. last year I started wholesaling but wasn't consistent with it. I've never close a deal before but I want that to change this year. My goal is to close on two deals at least this year.
