Hello, I am the owner of a multifamily apartment complex in San Antonio, TX. I bought this deal with the help of my mentor back in 2017. My mentor and I partner up on this opportunity and we doubled the price of the property in about 22 months with lots of hard work, rehabs, etc. Now are ready to 1031 into a much bigger deal.
