n 2003, I founded the South West Florida Real Estate Investment Association with three other SWFL RE investors. As an investor myself, I’ve been a part of every type of real estate transaction. I am considered a local expert and source of data for current real estate trends. I’ve also performed market metrics and product modeling for capital markets and private equity firms. I am a veteran of the USMC and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm as an Infantryman with First Battalion Third Marines. I had many mentors throughout my real estate career.
