I live in Southwest Florida, and this is my main market, areas like Ft Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres and Naples. I also find a lot of deals in Ohio, where I went to school (Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland) and Buffalo, NY, where I grew up.
