About myself
On a real estate journey. I remember the 70's - Dave Del Dotto course - Carleton Sheets course. At the time I didn't do much with these - never pulled the trigger - was in IT for 20 years. Been a Realtor for 7 years now after leaving IT - now finally starting to flip a few houses. Flipped 3 deals now in the past year. Keeping on that journey - learning as I go!
