Jeff Deville

I've done a few remote fix and flips, and have an SFR rental in Philadelphia. So far... nothing has gone terribly well. I'm continuing to plug away. Focusing on rentals at the moment. I've got pretty solid cash flow from my job. Time is my challenge, as I'm spending time with my young kids whenever I can while Dad is still 'cool'. I can help other investors with: * Experience with ABC Capital and Maverick Investing (They're awful) * I have a great philly lawyer I can refer who's saved my butt * By day, I'm a highly experienced software developer, and am very good at finding lean, cheap solutions to problems, and building great solutions to extremely hard problems. I'm happy to network with others, and am actively looking for my next investment.
