Jeff Fredenburg

Hey everyone, I’m Jeffery from East Texas (Longview/Tyler/Henderson area). I’m a journeyman electrician by trade, a dad of three, a faith-driven entrepreneur, and someone who’s serious about building generational wealth through real estate and business ownership. I’m early in my investing journey and focused on learning the right way not chasing shortcuts. My interest is in buy-and-hold small multifamily, mobile home parks, and value-add opportunities. I’m also exploring ways to build a long-term portfolio under my holding company while growing multiple income streams. I work hard, I learn fast, and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. I’m looking to connect with investors and mentors in East Texas who wouldn’t mind pointing me in the right direction as I take my first steps. I’m more than willing to bring value however I can sweat equity, electrical expertise, boots on the ground, deal hunting, or anything that helps me learn and contribute.
