I began in the real estate business by accident 14 years ago. I bought my first sfh at a young age, got roommates to help me with the expenses and mortgage based upon my parent's advice and the rest is history. I currently have (5) rental properties throughout WI that provide passive income. The second phase of my model is thru rehabbiing properties as well as wholesaling to market the properties under contract using my extensive buyer's list. I have been a hard money lender as well over the past two years, successfully closing two dozen deals throughout WI and FL.
