Been investing in RE since September 2000. I am interested in Cash Flow. I am an expert in Rooming Rentals. I started doing Rooming Rentals in 2000. I have flipped over 100 properties and I have done a lot of lease/option residential deals. Now I am looking to learn how to invest in MF Apartments properties and doing syndicated commercial deals. Experience: I have invested in Real Estate for the past 17 years. I have learned and taught everything from Wholesaling, Lease Options, Rehabbing, Rooming Houses, Flipping, Subject To etc. I believe that the key to investing is "cash flow". It will allow you to focus on other areas of investing and not become "desperate" to flip a property to stay liquid.
