Jeff Metzger

I am a young investor who recently closed my first deal. I have a reasonable amount of capital still to invest but need to find the right deals and right advise. My goals are to purchase one property a year and either rent the property to generate income or flip the property depending on the market at the time. My background is in construction and business. I'm currently employed full time with a custom home building contractor and am hoping to take this experience into my passion for real estate investing.
