The wife (girlfriend at the time) and I got started out investing with our first 3 unit in 2001 and we were hooked. We have done all kinds of deals over the years from land contracts to flips to complete gut and rehab that we lived in while doing it. I have managed a few properties for friends here and there. We are looking into building a small camp ground next in upstate NY. My latest project is an app to help people manage and run their rentals called RentalGuards.
