About myself
I am a 2011 graduate of The Citadel and I currently work as union electrician. I am completely new to the real estate world. I want to use REI as passive income with hopes of it leading to greater wealth and savings in the future. I would also like to use REI as a way to build a college fund for my daughter and future children. I am interested in mainly learning about buy and hold as well as land lording.
