I'm a young professional living and working in the Nashville area. REI is my newest passion and it grows every day. My other interests are anything that is competitive. I love sports, board games, video games, even my day job as an insurance underwriter. I also like to kick back and relax as a reward after working hard. Experience: I executed my first house hack June 2017 with a duplex in East Nashville. I currently live there and have a long term lease on the 2nd unit. In September 2017, I purchased a triplex with low money down using a partnership and owner financing. In the triplex, I currently have two long term leases. My corporate lease in the third unit just ended and I'll be experimenting with using it as a Short Term Rental Property (STRP). Real Estate Goals: By January of 2019, I will own a 6th door. By January of 2022, I will have mostly passive rental income that exceeds 2/3 of my expenses. By 1/1/27 I will have passive income 50% greater than my expenses and will have the freedom of choice whether or not I want to trade my time for further income.
