Jeffrey Kingman

My wife and I are established career professionals in other industries and new to real estate investing. We have discussed creating and building a diverse real estate property portfolio for years and are now actively learning and growing in this discipline. My past career experience includes over three decades in fine dining and multi-unit restaurant operations, pretty evenly split between Executive Chef and brand communications (marketing/advertising agency). Today, I own and am building a full-stack brand communications agency (traditional and digital; advertising, marketing and public relations), focused on micro-cap and small cap organizations. I also am an independent hunter for one of the top five PR firms in the US. My wife brought two summa cum laude degrees to broadcast journalism, top-flight national ad agencies and software-as-a-service tech companies over the past three decades. Currently in tech at the VP level running customer success teams, her executive and operational experience is deep. We are avid outdoor recreation enthusiasts, experienced rescue and reactive canine parents, and incredibly hungry for additional income diversification. We are here to learn and grow from you all.
