I am new to the industry, trying to enter into some local markets to learn the ins and outs of rental investment property. I am results oriented, data driven, and love to crunch numbers. I love to read and research online, I try to read a couple books a month and as of lately they have all been based around real estate, investing, business, and entrepreneurship, but I would definitely love your suggestions.
