I am an aspiring real estate investor actively learning and educating myself for a strong start. Real estate has always piqued my interest for its ability to create true wealth and because I believe I am well suited for it. But I've felt hindered by the commonly held perception of having to start with a large amount of capital and the risks that come along with that. After discovering the Bigger Pockets podcasts (and subsequently the forums, books, websites, etc.), my eyes have been opened to the numerous ways that people can begin investing. My ultimate goal is to build a business that provides financial freedom & generational wealth. My why is my family, for more time to spend with them, and to have 100% control over how my time is spent.
