I am an advid consumer of creative real estate books, audios,and videos. I am currently starting my marketing campaigns to enter into this business wholesaling SFR. My goal is to create business systems around real estate that will make my financially free. My hope is that this community has the collective knowledge and experience to help me do that. I am also looking for mentors. Specifically on how to do triple net leases with national clients. My ultimate goal is to own triple net lease commercial property with national tenants in them.
