My business needs investor to expand. One location has been up, running, and making great money for 7 years. I have enough saved to make a down payment on a property for expansion, however, that would leave me with very little and I don't really want to go back to the days of stressing about money, however temporary that might be. I am in search of someone who will buy and lease the perfect property/building to me so that I can keep my cash.
