About myself
I am a 29 year employee with United Parcel Service. I have been interested in real estate for many years, but never had the time to commit. Looking to retire and supplement my pension. I purchased my first property in August 2015, 2 months of renovation and its currently rented. House turned into duplex with 2 rentals. So far so good, looking to buy another.
