My wife and I both enjoy the art of deal-making—it a great feeling to help someone with a problem when all parties are happy. I have 25 years as a retail sales business owner and five years as the owner-operator of a handyman business. After selling these two businesses and moving to Florida in 2015, I obtained my realtor's license and have worked as a Residential Property Manager and Realtor® since. Experience: While living in Pennsylvania and Maryland, my wife and I have owned six single-family homes (as investments), a duplex, a four-unit residential property, three commercial properties, and a piece of raw land. All have since been sold. Presently since moving to Florida, we own four single-family homes on the west coast. Real Estate Goals: Our goals are to purchase single-family and multi-unit residential properties and trade up to a small apartment complex, with the end goal of creating passive income to fund our retirement.
