Andrew Jenkins

I have been investing in real estate since December 2007. Currently have 16 properties (27 units) - some SFR (a mix of LTR, STR, and working on more MTR) plus some Multi-Fam. I am also a Real Estate Agent which helps with finding & funding the investing and my wife has a Young Living Essential Oil business - between them we look to grow a legacy for our family and gain more freedom to serve God and give more. Sidenote is I have a Masters of Education in Educational Technology and have been a teacher since 1997 as well, but this is the J-O-B I am looking to replace with the other businesses.
