About myself
wife - mom of 6 (5 boys, 1 girl - ages 6-22 - no we are not Mormon ;) ) - Homeschool mom to 6 & 8 year old - I am helping my 21 and 19 year old sons put together their first investment OOS deal and will be managing/building that for them until it is cash flowing enough for the oldest to leave his W2 job he works 40+ hrs/week. Then he will take over the management of it from me. Real Estate experience: past life managed 53 unit apartment complex in San Jose, CA - owned 2 Airbnbs in Lake Las Vegas, NV for 6 years, sold May 2021 - have 1 SFH rental in Tooele, UT bought Aug 2022 My husband owns a used car dealership with 5 locations throughout Utah. We own 3 of the 5 properties and will own a 4th in the future. Looking forward to making connections and building relationships in the BBP community! 1.24.2023
