About myself
I am looking to purchase my second multi-family in 2021 and currently have one SFH and one 3 unit MF rental. I work full time in international health and am married to a regional director/urban planner for a major property management firm here on the east coast. Experience: Currently, we rent/manage one SFH and one 3 unit MF for a total of 4 units. We are looking to acquire one multi-family in 2021 in Baltimore City in Roland Park, Charles Village, Fells Point and/or Bolton Hill. Real Estate Goals: Purchase my second multi-family (3-4 units) in Baltimore City by end of 2021. Currently Seeking: Investor agents, investors looking to sell, and any mentors to ramp up our real estate plans to help reach our goal.
