I'm a new investor. I started my journey in 2018 when I purchased a cash flowing rental property in Atlanta, Georgia. Currently growing a portfolio of buy and hold rental properties. 1 long-term rental in Georgia, 2 short-term rentals in North Carolina, and limited partner in a 47 unit multi-family in Ohio.
