I am a tenured engineering professor who has had nearly a lifetime interest in real estate. I recently started wholesaling real estate (www.kadnagroup.com) and just acquired my first investment property. I am interesting in learning about creative financing, real estate syndication, and providing value to as many people as possible. My aim is to acquire a number of single family homes that I will hold as rentals.
