Hello, I am a small time investor living Tucson, AZ area with a few single family houses. I am interested in all aspects of real estate investing and have much to learn. My business partners and I are currently looking for properties in central Florida.....still working on our system, but the goal is to complete some flips to generate cash to purchase rental properties.
