Jeremiah Wilgus

I am a commercial real estate broker working out of the Portland metro area. I specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties, as well as development and natural resource land. Prior to brokerage I appraised real estate for 18 years, and owned my own appraisal firm for 12 of those years. I am constantly pursuing ways to maximize the real estate investments of my clients. My experience in valuation uniquely positions me to identify opportunities which offer multiple avenues of return.
