I bought my first duplex in 2008. After 4 years of learning the ropes, I was offered a seller financed property (32 units). 6 months later he offered me a 20 unit property. As of December 2018, I have shuttered my painting company and am now a full time Real Estate Investor. I hope to double my units within the next two years. I hope to have my next property (16 unit or larger) purchased within the next 3 months.
