I started studying real estate investing by listening to Carlton Sheets and Dave Lindahl when I was 13. I'm now 24 and I'm currently a licensed REALTOR® living in Orlando, FL. I have sold real estate for almost 2 years now but I am taking a little break while I go back to school and finish my bachelor's degree. My license is still active and I still have access to the MLS. I haven't done any deals yet as I would still consider myself to be in the learning stage of the investing side. Luckily with my background as a REALTOR®, I know the process of buying and selling homes, but still need to work on the financing side. I don't have a lot of capital saved up but I was hoping to get some more ideas from the forums and posts on the BP site. I'm always looking for extra work and I would love to help someone in the Orlando area find a home and then be with them step by step throughout the process to see how everything is done.
