Jeremy Bautista

I’m a recently separated Airman from the Hawaii Air National Guard and a proud honor graduate of Chaminade University of Honolulu, where I earned my degree as a Registered Nurse. In June 2025, I relocated to Washington to begin the next chapter of my career at a hospital. Beyond healthcare, I’ve developed a strong passion for financial literacy and long-term wealth building. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel, I became deeply motivated to pursue financial freedom and create generational wealth. I’m currently focused on expanding my financial education, building a strong foundation in investing, and working toward purchasing my first investment property. I’m also learning how to strategically leverage one of the most valuable benefits I’ve earned through my service—the VA loan—as a tool to accelerate my real estate journey. My mission is simple: serve others, grow intentionally, and build a future that creates lasting impact for my family and community.
